Faults/Observations :
The APS e4 portable equipment is the most complete instrument on the market thanks to its work programs:
Pulsed monophasic current, percutaneous electrolysis (IPEN-Galvanic Current), neuromodulation, segmental stimulation (MSUN), PENS/NMP.
The APS e4 device offers maximum stability and precision in current delivery. The ultimate solution for invasive physiotherapy.
With a pointer capable of emitting current superficially using a prong or percutaneously with a needle.
Characteristics:
Compact: Takes up minimal space.
Complete: Variety of programs included.
Stable: Stability and precision in current delivery. This allows the exact voltage charge to be determined in order to assess the actual effectiveness of treatments.
Innovative / Unique: First device with which you can work connected to the electrical current.
Safe: Anti-collapse system, which automatically resets the system in the event of a blockage, thus avoiding interfering with the patient.
Reliable: Checkbox system, constant self-check of the equipment and its connections to avoid power outages due to a poor connection.
What is invasive physiotherapy?
Invasive physiotherapy is a percutaneous intratissue electrolysis (PTE) technique that involves the ultrasound-guided percutaneous application of a galvanic current through a dry puncture needle. This technique achieves phagocytosis and repairs soft tissue injuries (patellar tendon, Achilles tendon, pubalgia/hernia, lateral and medial epicondylitis, etc.).
Directions:
Pain in the Achilles tendon.
Patellar tendon pain.
Treatment of pubalgia.
Myofascial pain syndrome.
Patellar tendinopathy.
Soft tissue treatment.
Technical characteristics of the Percutaneous Intratisular Electrotherapy equipment:
4 outputs for pulsed single-phase current:
Power: 0.1 to 12.0 mA.
Frequency: 1 to 150 Hz.
Pulse: 30 to 700ʒs.
Percutaneous electrolysis (IPEN-galvanic current):
Power: 0.1 to 12.0 mA.
Voltage: 10 to 700V.
Timer from 1 second.
Neuromodulation:
Power: 0.1 to 12.0 mA.
Frequency: 10 Hz.
Pulse: 30s.
Segmental stimulation (MSUN):
Power: 0.1 to 12.0 mA.
Frequency: 30 Hz.
