The product covered by this certificate is protected by the manufacturer's legal and commercial guarantee, according to the product range and the type of use for which it is intended.

Domestic range machines

Exclusively domestic use:

The product has a THREE (3) YEAR warranty, except for those parts subject to wear and tear from normal use.
Additionally, the treadmills have a specific warranty of TEN (10) YEARS for the structure.

Professional, medical, rehabilitation or other collective use:
Domestic-grade machines do NOT have a warranty when used for this purpose.

Semi-professional range machines (LCU – Light Commercial Use)

Exclusively domestic use:

Three (3) year warranty, except for parts subject to wear and tear.
In the case of treadmills, the structure has a TEN (10) YEAR warranty.

Medical use, rehabilitation, in residential communities, rural tourism houses, beauty centers or other limited collective uses:
One (1) Year Warranty.

Public use in small professional gyms, community centers or similar establishments:
Six (6) Month Warranty.

General conditions

In all cases, the warranty period begins counting from the date shown on the receipt or invoice justifying the purchase, or on the delivery note if this is later.
The presentation of this document is essential for any warranty claim.

Warranty policies may vary by country. The warranty period stated on this certificate applies exclusively in Europe.
