WARRANTY PERIOD

The product covered by this certificate is protected for a period of THREE (3) YEARS as long as its destination is exclusively domestic.

Additionally, the treadmills have a specific warranty for the structure for a period of TEN (10) YEARS.

The coverage of this warranty for machines classified as “LCU” (Light Commercial Use – Limited Collective Use) is ONE (1) YEAR for use in neighborhood communities, beauty centers, small hotel gyms or similar establishments. And SIX (6) MONTHS for public use in gyms or civic centers.

In all cases, the period begins from the date that appears on the receipt or invoice justifying the purchase of the product, or on the corresponding delivery note if this is later. It is essential, for possible repairs, to present it. The policy regarding the warranty period may vary between different countries. The indicated warranty period is only applicable for Europe.

The home upload and/or assembly service is not included in the price of this product. You can hire them by including them in your purchase (see below in 'spare parts and accessories')

All BH products that you can purchase at Fisaude are for domestic use and, therefore, are prepared in such a way that assembly can be carried out by the customer without complications. However, if you want the brand to fine-tune your equipment, you can hire this service for cardiovascular exercise equipment (treadmills, ellipticals, upright and recumbent stationary bikes, indoor cycle bikes, rowers, vibrating platforms,...) , simple and multifunction benches, as well as multistations.

NOTE : The geographical area of coverage of these services includes Peninsular Spain and Mallorca.
