Correct sitting posture:

- Rest at least 15 minutes before measurement and keep relaxed.
- Sit on a chair, keeping in mind that the ideal height difference between the table and the chair is 20~30 cm.
- Remove bulky clothing on the arm to be measured, leave the upper arm bare, or keep the arm only in thin clothing.
- The center of the cuff must be kept at the same height as the heart.
