– All the fundamental theoretical aspects of Diathermy, in order to be able to carry out treatments with maximum efficiency and profitability. Control the handling of various Diathermy equipment, knowing their differences and strengths.
– Be able to develop different therapeutic strategies, optimizing parameters that influence the treatment result, such as: Frequency, Mode of energy transfer to the tissues (capacitive/resistive), Emission Modalities (continuous/pulsed/scanned), Intensity (athermic/thermal/hyperthermic) and Time. Different forms of application of Diathermy and its combination with manual therapy and Instrumentalized Myofascial Diathermy techniques.
