- In this monograph we will focus all our attention on the care and treatment of maxillofacial and cervical pathologies.
- We will explain how the correct application of diathermy can help us to quickly and satisfactorily resolve pathologies as painful as cervicalgia, cervicobrachialgia , tension headaches, as delicate as trigeminal neuropathy, vertigo, TMJ disorders and chronic ones such as cervicoarthrosis.
What you will learn
- Application of Diathermy and its combination with manual therapy , through the use of manual, automatic and myofascial electrodes.
- Be able to develop various therapeutic strategies, optimizing parameters such as: Frequency, Technique (capacitive/resistive), Mode (continuous/pulsed), Intensity and Time.
- Brief review of the fundamental theoretical aspects of Diathermy , in order to perform treatments with maximum efficacy and safety.
