IMPORTANT:

The price includes shipping costs to the Peninsula. Following the current policy of the transport companies, delivery will be made to the street door. If you need to go up or down a floor, please contact us to request a porter service from the transport company. This service incurs an additional charge.

WARRANTY:

All Mobercas, SLL products are guaranteed for a period of three years against all manufacturing defects, except for motors, which are guaranteed for one year. Mobercas, SLL is also responsible for supplying spare parts for a period of 10 years. The purchase invoice issued by Mobercas, SLL will act as a warranty certificate.

Damage caused by fraudulent misuse or misuse , such as upholstery cleaning with inappropriate products or improper unpacking, is excluded from the warranty. Damage caused by natural disasters or natural wear and tear of the product is also excluded from the warranty.

All our products come with mandatory usage and maintenance guidelines for proper operation and preservation. If these guidelines are ignored, Mobercas, SLL is not responsible for any damage or misuse. Products that have been modified or retouched by the customer are excluded from the warranty.

VERY IMPORTANT!

Upon delivery and before signing for receipt, check the number of packages and the condition of the merchandise. Any anomaly must be noted in writing on the carrier's delivery note and Mobercas, SLL must be notified immediately within 24 hours . After this period, if the established procedure has not been followed, all costs will be borne by the buyer.
