It will only be three steps. Start by removing all the accessories from the transport case. Next, identify the most important piece of our "atlas" kit. It is the part that will allow you to connect the laser to all the accessories. This piece is made of a biodegradable and highly resistant material for the perfect fit and the benefit of the planet.

1. Insert batteries (AG10) into the laser. To do this, you will have to remove the screw cap on the back.

2. Select your accessory and insert the "atlas" piece into the plastic part. Next, insert the set screw through the hole. Squeeze slowly until you feel the laser has no random movement.

3. Place the exercise mat and adjust your accessory to the part of the body where you want to place it and that's it!

NOTE: Repeat the process in reverse to save it.
