WARRANTY:

All Mobercas, SLL products are guaranteed for a period of 3 years against all manufacturing defects, except for motors, which are guaranteed for 1 year. Mobercas, SLL is also responsible for supplying spare parts for 10 years. The purchase invoice issued by Mobercas, SLL will serve as the warranty certificate.

Damage caused by intentional misuse or improper handling , such as cleaning upholstery with unsuitable products or improper unpacking, is excluded from the warranty. Damage caused by natural disasters or normal wear and tear is also excluded from the warranty.

All our products come with mandatory usage and maintenance instructions to ensure proper functioning and preservation. If these instructions are disregarded, Mobercas, SLL is not responsible for any damage or misuse resulting from improper use. Products that have been modified or altered by the customer are excluded from the warranty.

IMPORTANT

Upon delivery and before signing for receipt, verify the number of packages and the good condition of the merchandise. In case of any discrepancy, it must be noted in writing on the carrier's delivery note and Mobercas, SLL must be notified immediately within a maximum of 24 hours . After this period, if the established procedure has not been followed, all expenses incurred will be the responsibility of the buyer.

The price includes shipping to mainland Spain . In accordance with current transport company policy, delivery will be made to the street entrance . If delivery to an upper or lower floor is required, please contact us to request a porter service from the transport company. This service will incur an additional charge.
