Agenda and teacher

BASIC musculoskeletal ultrasound course, lasting 15 hours, which will have Alejandro Garrido and María Camarón as teachers and in which you will learn the basics of ultrasound, essential examinations of the lower extremity and the recognition of findings outside the normal range, improving clinical reasoning in physical therapy.

– General aspects of ultrasound (knowledge and use of the equipment, physical bases, nomenclature, types of images...)

2. ULTRASOUND OF THE UPPER LIMB: SHOULDER

Director of the CARMASALUD Clinical and Research Center and Sports Medicine, Ultrasound and Interventional consultation. Professor of ultrasound and interventionism at the European University, at the Complutense University of Madrid and at the Real Madrid-UEM University School. Level 2 sonographer accredited by the Spanish Society of Ultrasound.

 

Dr. Jaime Almazan

Double graduate in Physical Activity and Sports Sciences, and in Physiotherapy. Professor of the Department of Physiotherapy, Faculty of Physical Activity, Sports and Physiotherapy Sciences. European University of Madrid. Specialist in Ultrasound Sonoanatomy of the Locomotor System.

 

Dr. Jorge Buelga Suárez

Double graduate in Physiotherapy and physical activity and sports sciences. Director of the Sports Unit at PremiumMadrid. Daily practice with high-performance athletes, in the field of prevention and improvement of physical abilities. Master in Manual and Locomotor System Therapy. Expert in sonoanatomy of the musculoskeletal system. Postgraduate professor at the Complutense University. Postgraduate professor at the European University of Madrid. Teacher in different training schools. Sonographer accredited by the Spanish Ultrasound Society. I have scientific publications related to musculoskeletal ultrasound.
