NEURODIATHERMY. THE EVOLUTION IN PHYSICAL AND NEUROMODULATING THERAPIES (presented by Therapy Global Solutions and Iria)
DESCRIPTION:
With our training, you will be able to apply a combined non-invasive neuromodulation therapy, integrating the best of Medkey technology and diathermy. Mastering the Neurodiathermy technique will allow you to:
• Personalize your treatments with a neurophysiological and systemic approach, improving neurovegetative regulation and the overall response of the organism.
• Achieve fast and effective results in the treatment of pain, inflammation, myofascial, joint and neurological dysfunctions.
• Distinguish yourself as a professional by offering a safe, modern technique with a solid scientific basis, without the risk of adverse effects associated with invasive techniques.

WHAT YOU WILL LEARN:
• Apply combined protocols of adaptive electrotherapy and deep diathermy for musculoskeletal, neurological and visceral dysfunctions.
• To accurately identify and treat functional asymmetries through real-time bioelectrical diagnostics.
• Select and combine therapeutic modes and frequencies according to the target tissue and the phase of treatment (inflammatory, regenerative or functional).
CONTENT:
Modules:
1. Introduction
2. Technical aspects of Diathermy/Tecar therapy and non-invasive neuromodulation.
3. Practical uses of Diathermy/Radiofrequency in pain treatment.
Syllabus:
1.- Introduction
• What is neurodiathermy?
• Advantages over other neuromodulation techniques
2.- Fundamentals of the combined technique
• Principles of neuromodulation (bioelectricity, biofeedback, adaptive drive).
• Physical and biological principles of diathermy (deep heat, energy and information).
• Neurophysiological approach to treatment.
3. Basic application of MEDKEY
• Type of heads (standard, Matrix, Trigger, comb) and suggested use.
• Basic programs: Bioregulation (78 Hz), Activation, Sedation.
• How to adjust energy levels and interpret tissue responses.
4.- Exploration and functional diagnosis with Medkey
• Identification of sensory, visual, acoustic and haptic asymmetries.
• Medkey diagnostic and bioregulatory mode.
• Protocols for locating "Key-points" and treatment areas.
• Supervised practice.
5.- Introduction to diathermy with Diacare
• Types of current (capacitive/resistive).
• Frequency selection according to depth and target tissue (300 to 1200 KHz).
• Application of athermal and pulsed programs.
6. Basic combined neurodiathermy protocol (Medkey+Diacare)
• Sequential application: first scan with Medkey, then activation with Diacare.
• Clinical use in 2-3 common pathologies (e.g., lower back pain, cervical contracture, tendinitis)
7. Systemic and global approach
• Don't just treat the local pain. Expand to the dermatome, spinal reflexes, and autonomic nervous system.
• Patient's role: perception, awareness of change, monitoring of progress
8. Questions from the participants.
