Description

The EPI NO® Delphine Plus pelvic floor exerciser with biofeedback is indicated to prepare the perineum for the expulsive phase of childbirth, to recover muscle tone after childbirth and to prevent stress urinary incontinence and organ prolapse pelvics A device that has been developed in close collaboration with gynecologists, midwives and patients that is used to exercise the pelvic floor muscles, especially in preparation for childbirth (pre-delivery) and to restore muscle tone in the postpartum period.

It consists of a silicone ball and a knob with an integrated pressure display (biofeedback) that will help you monitor the training and improve the tone of the pelvic floor muscles.

In addition to the preparation for Childbirth (pre-delivery) since it reduces the risk of perineal damage and of suffering an Episiotomy, it is also an aid for the treatment of urinary incontinence.

Material:

- Plastics, elastomer plastics and silicone.

- Does not contain latex.

Packaging:

- Opaque and air permeable storage bag. Interior and exterior washable.

- Box packaging 1 unit + instructions for use + storage bag.

Cleaning and disinfection:

- Cleaning with water with a neutral detergent additive (only for the ball).

- Disinfection with 70º isopropyl alcohol soaked in a cloth that does not release fibers, disinfectant wipes or cleaners suitable for intimate accessories.

- Personal use only.

Contraindications:

You should not use EPI·NO in the following cases:

if the baby is in an unusual position with clear indications that vaginal delivery is impossible (eg placenta previa), or if a cesarean delivery is planned

if there is a risk of infection (eg premature rupture of membranes, open cervix)

if you have sores in the vaginal area that have not healed

if you are under the influence of alcohol or drugs

if you have vaginal bleeding
