Peripheral and Central Vision Campimeter: Equipment to calculate the integrity of the central field of vision

This manual campimeter allows you to calculate the central visual field at 30° when other methods are impractical. It consists of a double-sided card with a test with concentric circles on each side .

Instructions for use:

Each side shows a central stimulus surrounded by a series of numbered targets. The patient looks at all the numbered targets in succession, so that the stimulus moves around the 30 relevant areas of the visual field. While the patient looks at the selected target, the examiner rotates a disk on which a black dot on a white background appears briefly in the central window of the test card. The blind spot is used as a control. On one side of the test card is an occluder attached by an arm to ensure that the patient is at the correct distance.
