The easily adjustable and visible resistance of this POWERbreathe model has 11 different levels ranging from 17 cm2 of H2O as a minimum value to 98 cm2 of H2O as a maximum value; In order to fine-tune the progression of resistance, the increase between one level and another does not have to be done all at once but rather allows several steps, which in practice presents multiple eligible resistance levels. They represent the lightest levels of resistance within the POWERbreathe and are identified by the green color.
