The Press Bending machine - Inclined Chest Press is d iseñada   and made to allow you to reach the top in your training area pectoral and shoulder . Its system of independent arms and disk loading allows the user to individualize the exercise , and train with the freedom and effectiveness of free weight with the safety of a movement controlled by the biomechanical path of the machine.
