Additionally, the treadmills have a specific warranty for the structure for a period of TEN (10) YEARS.

The coverage of this warranty for machines classified as “LCU” (Light Commercial Use – Limited Collective Use) is ONE (1) YEAR for use in neighborhood communities, beauty centers, small hotel gyms or similar establishments. And SIX (6) MONTHS for public use in gyms or civic centers.

In all cases, the period begins from the date that appears on the receipt or invoice supporting the purchase of the product, or on the corresponding delivery note if this is later. It is essential, for possible repairs, to present it. The policy regarding the warranty period may vary between different countries. The indicated warranty period is only applicable for Europe.

• Repair or replacement of the product due to damage or defects suffered in it and that correspond, in an undoubted and demonstrable manner, to manufacturing errors or factory defects. In any case, it will be carried out within a reasonable period of time and without major inconveniences for the consumer, taking into account the nature of the product and the purpose it had for the consumer.
• Exceptions are those cases in which the repair or replacement imposes costs on the seller that are not reasonable compared to other forms of repair, when they do not harm the consumer.
• For defective parts whose assembly is detailed in the assembly steps of the manual, the manufacturer will assume the shipping and cost of the new part. If, according to the manufacturer's criteria, the assistance of a technician is required to replace the element, the costs of materials, labor and travel will be free of charge for the customer.
• In the case of repair or replacement of a machine with a new one, the warranty period is temporarily suspended until the delivery of that new device and there will always be a minimum of 6 months of warranty, but in no case does a new period of 3 begin. years
• Likewise, there will be a (i) price reduction or the (ii) termination of the contract, at the consumer's option, when the repair or replacement has not been carried out within a reasonable period of time or without major inconvenience for the consumer. . The (i) price reduction will be proportional to the difference between the value that the good would have had at the time of delivery if it had been in accordance with the contract and the value that the good actually delivered had at the time of said delivery. . The (ii) resolution will not proceed when the lack of conformity is of minor importance.
