RHEOSEPT WD plus Medical Surface Disinfectant: Fast-acting, alcohol and aldehyde-free

RHEOSEPT WD plus is a fast-acting, alcohol- and aldehyde-free medical surface disinfectant formulated for cleaning and disinfecting non-invasive medical products and all types of water-resistant surfaces.

It combines detergent action with bactericidal, yeasticidal and virucidal efficacy, guaranteeing a high level of microbiological safety in just 1 minute of contact time .

This product has extremely high disinfectant activity against viruses, bacteria, and fungi . It works in 1 minute and is alcohol- and aldehyde-free. It is fully compatible with all types of materials , including delicate ones such as chairs, acrylic, etc. One product for all areas of the office.

It does not require rinsing afterwards and has a very pleasant smell , unlike most products that smell like "disinfectant".

CE certified product (Class IIa – CE 0044) and listed by VAH, in accordance with the guidelines of the DGHM (German Association for Hygiene and Microbiology).

Contact times:

Bactericidal and yeasticidal efficacy is achieved in 1 minute without dilution.

Limited virucidal activity according to EN 14476 is achieved from 30 seconds , depending on the microorganism.

Efficacy against rotavirus is achieved in 1 minute and against SV40 polyomavirus in 5 minutes .

It is essential to strictly respect the contact times and not to mix the product with other cleaning agents or disinfectants.

Composition:

Each 100 grams of product contains:

- 0.25 g of didecyldimethylammonium chloride.

- 0.25 g of benzalkonium chloride.

- 0.25 g of alkyldimethyl(ethylbenzyl)ammonium chloride.

It contains less than 5% cationic surfactants and flavorings (linalyl acetate).

pH value : between 6 and 7.
Approximate density : 1 g/cm³.

Product stable under normal storage conditions between 5 °C and 30 °C , protected from light and with the container properly closed.

Instructions for use:

Apply the undiluted product directly onto the surface to be disinfected until complete wetting is achieved.

Leave to act for at least 1 minute or the time required depending on the target microorganism.

It can be applied by direct spraying or as a foam onto a cloth for even distribution.

Do not mix with other chemicals.

For use only by trained and qualified personnel.

The product is not classified as hazardous under hazardous substances regulations; however, the usual precautionary measures for handling liquid chemicals should be observed.
