Description

RSP Squat Inertial Machine – Eccentric Overload Platform for Lower Body

The RSP Squat inertial machine The Einercial is a fixed-radius isoinertial platform specifically designed to optimize the braking and pushing phases of the lower body in squats and vertical pulling variations. Thanks to its system of flywheel and 1x2 gear ratioIt transforms the force applied in the concentric phase into a controlled eccentric overload, precisely stimulating the neuromuscular response, tendon collagen synthesis, and the stretch-shortening cycle.

Its ergonomic design incorporates a adjustable harness It transfers the load directly to the hips and pelvis, eliminating the axial compression on the spine caused by conventional bars. Equipped with a non-slip aluminum frame and millimeter-precise adjustment of the moment of inertia using weights, it is the essential tool for physiotherapy clinics, functional rehabilitation centers, and high-performance physical training.

Key points

  • Effective and safe eccentric overload: It maximizes tension in the motor braking phase, reducing harmful force peaks thanks to a progressive biomechanical transition curve.
  • 1x2 multiplication: technical pulley that doubles the cable speed to demand greater tension and demand in the eccentric motor control.
  • Lumbar axial protection: Use of an adjustable anatomical harness that relieves pressure on the spine, allowing high-intensity training even in the early stages of rehabilitation.
  • Gradual inertia regulation: It allows varying the resistance by adjusting perimeter masses, adjusting the speed of the exercise from ballistic stimuli to maximum strength work.
  • Non-slip CNC chassis with adjustable footrests: wide surface treated to prevent slipping, accompanied by lateral supports that stabilize the base of support.
  • Data monitoring: Compatible with rotary encoder to measure power, average speed, eccentric deficit and performance loss in real time.

Uses and applications

  • Physiotherapy and sports rehabilitation: Active rehabilitation of patellar and Achilles tendon tendinopathies, myofascial ruptures in hamstrings and anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) reconstructions.
  • Strength and power training: Development of explosive strength in bipedal and monopedal squats, lunges, deceleration jumps and vertical pushes.
  • Primary and secondary prevention: Strengthening of the myotendinous junction and improvement of the shock absorption capacity in jumps and changes of direction.
  • Neuromuscular assessment: detection of braking asymmetries and monitoring of return to competition (Return to Play).

Who is it for?

  • Sports and trauma physiotherapists: that need a progressive, controllable and safe eccentric loading tool for the spine.
  • Physical rehabilitation: aimed at returning the athlete to the mechanical demands of their discipline.
  • Physical trainers and strength coaches: in sports clubs, high-performance centers and specialized gyms.
  • Sports medicine and biomechanics centers: professionals who integrate encoders to quantify variables of strength, power and muscle fatigue.

Basic staffing:

– RSP Squat Chassis
– 4 aluminum masses to vary the moment of inertia
– 2 Adjustable side footrests
– 1 Harken Carbon pulley, 57 mm diameter, for 1x2 gearing
– 4 meters of high-performance rope with quick length regulator

Warranty

It has 2-year warranty Coverage is provided against manufacturing defects in structural components, the fixed pulley, and the chassis. Elements subject to friction or natural wear from intensive use (traction rope and support bearings) are excluded from direct coverage, as original replacement parts for these are available in the Fisaude catalog.
