Shockwave 2000 Med Line radial shock waves: pneumatic generator and 66 treatment programs
Description
The ShockWave 2000 Med Line is a high-end radial shock wave device designed by Globus . It emits high-energy acoustic impulses that stimulate the body's natural healing process. Its mechanical action on tissues promotes neoangiogenesis, reducing inflammation and relieving pain, making it highly effective in tendon, muscle, and fascia treatments.
Ideal for physiotherapy and sports medicine professionals looking for a non-invasive, fast-acting solution .
The Ergowave handpiece:
The new ERGOWAVE handpiece is designed to provide maximum comfort for both operator and patient. Its ergonomic handle and shock-absorbing insert allow for precise operation at all times, while also promoting proper posture for the therapist.
The projectile strikes a metal applicator , producing radial shock waves that propagate into the target tissues . With integrated controls , it uses compressed air pneumatic technology to propel the projectile toward the handpiece.
This pneumatic innovation not only improves user comfort but also optimizes the therapeutic effect . By propelling the projectile with compressed air , a more stable and homogeneous impact on the head is achieved. This type of discharge produces cavitation phenomena in the tissues, which increase cellular permeability and promote repair .
At the same time, the generated mechanical stimulus triggers mechanotransduction processes , i.e., the conversion of mechanical forces into biochemical signals that stimulate cellular responses. This mechanism promotes neovascularization , tissue regeneration, and pain reduction , aspects that are especially relevant in the treatment of chronic conditions such as tendinopathies, calcifications, and fasciopathy.
The handpiece is easy to maintain , allowing for maintenance directly by the user , thus reducing time and costs. Additionally, a complete set of interchangeable heads can be added as an option, allowing the therapy to be adapted to different areas and tissues.
Technical specifications:
Pressure generation through pneumatic technology using compressed air .
Maximum pressure : 5 bars
Frequency : up to 20 Hz
Includes multiple interchangeable heads to adapt the treatment to different tissues and body areas.
Tablet with expanded clinical protocols , facilitating the selection of the most appropriate treatment.

CERTIFIED PROGRAMS
With the supplied 11-inch tablet, you can navigate easily and intuitively to quickly select the appropriate protocol . The protocols are based on the latest clinical evidence and can be customized at any time by the professional based on the patient's needs.
PATIENT DATABASE
The "Globus ShockWAVE" app also allows you to record patient data, the parameters of each treatment performed, and the VAS score , monitoring patient progress to ensure accurate treatment outcomes.
CREATION OF SPECIFIC PROTOCOLS
ShockWAVE 2000 Med allows you to further expand your already extensive program library thanks to the ability to create, customize and save custom protocols tailored to your specific needs.
FREE PROGRAM
Thanks to the "Free Program" option, the operator can manually configure all parameters before each treatment . This is an ideal feature for those who want maximum freedom and operational flexibility, adapting each session to the patient's specific needs.
