This shoulder joint is made up of the upper half of the humerus, the clavicle, and the scapula or shoulder blade bone.

In addition to the representation of the rotator cuff musculature, the origin and insertion surfaces of the shoulder muscles are highlighted in different colors (origin = red; insertion = blue). The following muscles are represented and can be detached: subscapularis, supraspinatus, infraspinatus, teres minor.

By withdrawing each of the muscles, all movements of the shoulder joint can be carried out: abduction, adduction, internal rotation, external rotation, arm lift forward, arm lift back, arm lift horizontal and execution of circular movements.
