The SOL-M range of loading needles helps reduce the risk of needlestick injuries to healthcare staff when dispensing and preparing medication in accordance with Directive 2010/32/EU. They also prevent injuries caused by sharp objects in hospitals and other healthcare centers, and eliminates the unnecessary use of sharp instruments.

- Easy identification by the color of the bucket:

• Red: Blunt filling needle (BFN) for vials.
• Violet: Blunt filling needle with 5 micron filter (BFNF) for glass ampoules.

- Easy to use:

• Both needles have a conventional connector compatible with all standard Luer Lock and Slip Tip syringes.
• Reduced medication contamination: The 5 micron filter in the BFNF cuvette means that any glass particles larger than 5 microns are filtered out, preventing them from entering the syringe before injection.

The blunt loading needle is for single use only. Reuse will dull the needle, remove the silicone coating, and increase the chance of puncture and fragmentation of the rubber.
