Thera Band Exercise Station is ideal for use at sports level as well as in trainings or rehabilitation therapy clinics . The system allows increasing progressively the intensity of the exercises according to the improvement shown by the athlete or the patient.

The circular space of the platform has been designed to house the fitball, stability trainer and freeman plates . Also includes 6 anchor points to hook thera-band tubing in different positions depending on the exercise to be performed .
