The Commercial Cross Body Trainer features a free-standing, mobile double punch that provides boxing and striking training for enthusiasts of all levels. Units are ideal for instructor-led group classes providing interval training and attack techniques with high-intensity, low-impact sessions. Each unit includes a fast-action double punch.

Adjustable shock tethers, which provide easy individual user height adjustment and quickly connect with tension straps, which are easily adjusted to the individual user's ability. They include wheels and a secure handle that allows them to be easily moved into position for class sessions.

Trainer shoulder bags are also ideal for individual use providing engaging and mentally challenging physical workouts with or without the interactive virtual trainer that connects the unit to any Android or Apple smartphone or tablet.
