3Tool action areas

Zone 1: Muscle Contractures
The patient can apply 3TOOL in two different ways:

Applying pressure directly: Zone 1 of the tool is placed over the localized muscle pain point and a gentle compression is performed until relief is felt. Dropping the weight of the body directly onto zone 1.

Zone 2: Muscle massage
The most rounded area is designed to apply massage directly to overloaded muscle areas. It can be used with creams or massage oils to promote gliding.

Zone 3: Relaxation of paravertebral musculature
Specific treatment of contractures or muscular overloads in the area near the spinal column. The area 3 of the tool is designed to avoid direct pressure on the vertebral reliefs, so that optimal support is achieved on the muscle masses of the spine. The area opposite the support area has been designed to give stability while applying pressure to these muscles.
