Acapella Choice Blue Vibratory Respiratory Exerciser: provides positive expiratory pressure (PEP) therapy

Acapella vibrating PEP devices are single-patient, multi-use devices that provide positive expiratory pressure (PEP) therapy to patients with cystic fibrosis, COPD, asthma, and secretion-impaired lung diseases , as well as patients with atelectasis. All patients must be able to follow Positive Expiratory Pressure Therapy instructions or be under adult supervision. Acapella combines the benefits of both PEP therapy and airway vibrations to mobilize lung secretions.
