Head for Medisound 1000 and 3000

The Medisound 1000 and 3000 devices have two different heads depending on the date of purchase of the device. If you purchased the device before August 2018 you need the classic head (G1402) while if your device is later than August 2018 you would need the new head (G5374).

At the time of formalizing the order of this product, please contact the commercial department (comercial@fisaude.com) so that (once we confirm the serial number of your device), we can tell you which is the head compatible with your computer.

Warranty

- Accessories that are not fungible have a 6-month warranty

- Expendable accessories from this supplier, such as electrodes, conductive gel, etc. have no guarantee

* The guarantees will be applied as long as the accessory (s) are not damaged by the customer's misuse or negligence: bumps, display breaks, overvoltage, etc.
