Maintenance:

Autoclaves are very delicate products and require responsible, precise, and professional handling. Here are some tips to ensure your device lasts as long as possible and operates optimally:

- Changing the door seal. When we notice that the rubber seal inside the device is worn, it's time to replace it. The process is simple but requires careful handling. We need to adjust the circular rubber seal inside the autoclave drum by marking the four cardinal points (North, South, East, and West) and then tighten it with our finger.

- Door adjustment. Between the plastic casing and the metal casing is the screw that adjusts the autoclave door. Once the door is in place, we insert the key to adjust the door to best suit our needs.

- Changing the filters. The filters are located at the bottom of the chamber, so we must remove the metal trays inside. Once we find the filter, all we have to do is replace it with a better one.

- Autoclave cleaning cycle. Approximately every 100 operations, the autoclave will require internal cleaning. This internal cleaning process is automated. Simply press a button to complete the operation.
