The Kinefis Experience 23-litre class B autoclave is fully automatic, has an extremely simple operating mechanism and is capable of performing up to five complete sterilisation cycles.

This 23 litre version complies with EC Directive 1023, ISO 13485 for small steam sterilisers. With its reliability, speed and more compact design, it is an unbeatable alternative to class B autoclaves that perform sterilisation functions.

The sterilizer uses microprocessor with intelligence control system and humanistic interface , it operates easily, safely and reliably. The parameters and conditions of the sterilizer will be displayed on the digital screen during processing. To ensure the reliability of sterilization, the machine will do self-diagnosis and self-protection problems automatically during overheat or overpressure situations.

The 23-litre Kinefis Experience features an LED display that provides detailed information on all the processes being carried out . This way, we can see in great detail which programs will be automatically displayed on the digital screen during sterilisation. If the unit overheats and exceeds the recommended pressure, the autoclave will automatically stop working to ensure the safety of the operator. In addition, inside the autoclave, there is a separate wastewater tank to collect dirty water and ensure that clean internal pipes are not contaminated. It also includes an internal printer that gives the device a functional and avant-garde look.

The device is intended for use for healthcare purposes . In general medical practices, dentistry, veterinary and podiatry/chiropody practices, personal hygiene and beauty care facilities. It is also used for materials and equipment that may come into contact with blood or body fluids, e.g. implements used by beauty therapists, tattoo artists, body piercers and hairdressers.

Safety Tips:

1、 Please use a three-hole plug (230±23VAC/10A/50Hz~60Hz), and make sure it is grounded.
2、 Do not use any other voltage power.
3、 Never touch the plug or cord with wet hands.
4、Do not pull, shift, excessively bend or twist the cable, or leave heavy objects on the cable.
5、Do not place the sterilizer on an unstable shelf or countertop.
6、Do not block the ventilation and radiation of the sterilizer.
7、 Do not place anything on the sterilizer.
8、 If the user smells or hears abnormality during running (not including the noise of pumps), please cut off the power and
contact the sellers or manufacturer.
9、 Cut off the power if the user is not going to use the sterilizer
for a long time.

12, Check the maximum temperature resistance of the instrument and choose a suitable temperature. Do not sterilize any instrument with a temperature resistance
below 121℃.
13, The user must perform a BD test program before using the device for sterilization every day.
14, If the user does not adjust the atmospheric pressure, the sterilizer may not be able to work.
15, User must turn the handle to the maximum position, otherwise the sterilization will not start, and even if user presses the start key, user will get “E6” alarm.
16, User should fill water quickly if there is low water level alert. Otherwise, it will display “E08” error alarm.
17, We highly recommend using the hand tray holder to take the tray out of the sterilizer to avoid burns.
18, Do not open the door until the pressure is within "-05~05".
19, After door adjustment, it needs air check. If there is leakage, the user needs to adjust it again.
20, If the door is too loose, the sealing ring may burst with a loud "bang". Therefore, be careful when using this function.
21, Do not drag during movement.
