Kinesio Tex Classic Tape is made of porous, breathable cotton, the same thickness as skin. It has 140% longitudinal elasticity. Latex-free and hypoallergenic. It can be worn for 3-4 days.

Kinesio Tape provides support and stability to joints and muscles without affecting range of motion . It is a technique based on the body's self-healing process .
