The resistance band measures 5.5m long by 14cm wide and is available in six different resistance levels. The bands are antibacterial and odorless, making them more comfortable to use and less likely to cause allergies.

Six resistors available:

- Level 1: very low resistance (yellow)

- Level 2: Low resistance (green)

- Level 3: Medium resistance (red)

- Level 4: High resistance (blue)

- Level 5: fairly high resistance (Black)

- Level 6: Very high resistance (Silver Gray)

- Level 7: Extreme resistance (Violet)
