The POWERbreathe Plus Health LR (Low Resistance) is the evolved low resistance POWERbreathe model intended for sedentary people and even respiratory patients who, through training of the inspiratory muscles, improve the strength and resistance of said muscles, reducing fatigue and significantly improving health and physical performance , as has been demonstrated in different published research studies.

The easily adjustable and visible resistance of this POWERbreathe model has 11 different levels ranging from 17 cm2 of H2O as a minimum value to 98 cm2 of H2O as a maximum value; In order to fine-tune the progression of resistance, the increase between one level and another does not have to be done all at once but rather allows several steps, which in practice presents multiple eligible resistance levels.
