NBR Kinefis Mat Ideal for Yoga or Fitness. Resistant, non-slip, easy to clean and hygienic.
NBR Kinefis mat made of top quality NBR foam , which provides good cushioning during training. Ideal mat to use this mat for yoga, pilates and general exercise . It is free of heavy metals, phthalates, phenol and azo dyes.
A mat is important during the practice of yoga pilates for several reasons: firstly, it serves as protection and shock absorber since yoga is performed on the floor, its use prevents slipping caused by drops of sweat or by the floor itself and acts as a delimiter of personal space in such a way that the movements can be freely executed in each session.
Among the basic considerations when selecting a yoga or pilates mat you should keep in mind that it has a good grip on the floor to prevent slipping, it should be able to stay in place, even when you start to sweat, it should not sag while lying flat against the floor, it has to withstand constant use and must be washable.

El tamaño y el grosor son adecuados para ejercicios de Pilates. La calidad está bien, pero se quedan las marcas enseguida.
Colchoneta de gran comodidad (1,5cm grosor) adecuada para personas con distintos pesos que busquen el confort. La superficie antideslizante y la resistencia de esta colchoneta son muy flexibles, digamos que para ejercicios de pie de yoga cómo pueden ser los triángulos de fuerza de piernas, este modelo sufre un poco sobretodo si tú peso supera los 65-70 kg ya que al estar más enfocado en la comodidad, puede que la colchoneta se deforme más rápidamente con el tiempo y concretamente con ese tipo de ejercicios. Si estás buscando una colchoneta más rígida (suelen ser más finas, 0,6 cm a 1cm) este modelo no es el adecuado. Ésta es ideal para todo tipo de ejercicios de suelo. La relación calidad/precio es magnífica, pero recuerda que no es una colchoneta todoterreno. Le doy 4 estrellas por la comodidad y por qué para el uso adecuado es una buena colchoneta.
