IMPORTANT:

Each thermal cell contains iron (approximately 2 grams). If iron is ingested, consult your doctor immediately. If iron comes into contact with your skin or eyes, remove the patch, rinse the affected area with water, and consult your doctor immediately. Never heat the product in the microwave or attempt to reheat it by other means, as the patch could catch fire. Products that emit heat can cause burns. Check your skin periodically while using ThermaCare. If you detect signs of irritation or burning, remove the product immediately. If the patch feels too hot, stop using it or remove it from direct contact with the skin, placing it on a layer of clothing. To check your sensitivity to heat, the first application of the patch should be during the day, while you are awake. The risk of burns increases with age. If you are 55 years of age or older, do not use ThermaCare while you sleep. Do not put additional pressure on the product (e.g. by leaning on hard surfaces, wearing it under tight clothing or with a very tight belt). Do not use it for more than 8 hours in a 24-hour period. Stop using the product and consult your doctor: If you notice discomfort, burning, swelling, rash or other persistent skin changes in the ThermaCare application area. If after 7 days of use the pain persists or worsens. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if you see thermal cells with loss of content and/or the patch is damaged or torn. Single use. Instructions:

- Open the protective bag only if you are going to apply ThermaCare. It may take up to 30 minutes for ThermaCare to reach the desired therapeutic temperature.

- Place the patch on the area to be treated with the darker side of the thermal cells facing the skin and adjust the patch from the front. If you are 55 years or older, use ThermaCare over a layer of clothing and do not use it directly on your skin.

- For greater effectiveness, it is recommended to leave ThermaCare on for 8 hours.
