UNIVEN sterilizable silicone resuscitator: available for adults, infants and neonates

The UNIVEN manual resuscitator is intended to be used as an aid for artificial respiration and cardiopulmonary resuscitation.

• By connecting it to an oxygen source, the UNIVEN can also be supplied with additional oxygen with the help of the reservoir. The oxygen concentration supplied by the UNIVEN depends on the oxygen flow rate supplied, the volume of air expelled, as well as the frequency of ventilation and the technical expertise of the operator.
• The UNIVEN is designed to be used by qualified medical and emergency personnel familiar with pulmonary ventilation and cardiac resuscitation techniques.

The UNIVEN for adults is made up of:

base endowment:

- 1500 ml balloon resuscitator

- Mask with transparent body of nº5

- Oxygen extension

- 1700 ml reservoir bag with valve

- Complete use and maintenance manual

- Rigid parts in Polysulfone

- Reservoir in polyvinyl chloride

Sterilization:

- All parts of the UNIVEN can be sterilized using Ethylene Oxide

- All parts of the UNIVEN that are in contact with the patient can be sterilized using the most common disinfectant solutions

The sterilizable UNIVEN is composed of:

base endowment:

- Balloon resuscitator: adult 1500 ml; children's 550 ml; neonates 280 ml

- Mask with transparent body: adult of nº3 and nº5; children's nº2 and nº3; and neonates of nº0, nº1 and nº2

- Reservoir bag with valve: adult/child 2500 ml, neonates 600 ml

- Carrying case made of nylon
