What are Chinese balls?

They are silicone or elastomed balls with more or less rounded shapes that in turn contain metal balls inside that cause them to vibrate with movement, causing the vaginal muscles to tense and exercise, thus strengthening the pelvic floor.

*Place yourself in the position similar to that of the introduction of the menstrual cup (or if you continue using tampons as when you introduce them) and always with lubricant.

*Introduce the first one and move the hips a little so that the vagina adapts. The second is introduced below.

*Use them preferably while walking because the simple movement will make them vibrate.

*The first days start with a duration of 10 to 15 minutes. We can move around the house a bit, and even do a little Kegel exercises (sphincter contraction). The duration is increased, until reaching 45 minutes or 1 hour. 1 or 2 times a week, 45 min. 1 hour maximum.

*Constancy in use is very important, just like going to the gym. It is useless to use them for 4 days and forget about them; start small as a workout. The frequency must be continuous over time, increasing the weight and decreasing the size. Don't spend too much time either because it can be counterproductive for your muscles.

I can't get them out

*When removing them, you may notice a certain reluctance from the vagina and therefore, some difficulty in removing them. Don't worry, it means that the muscles are worked and continue to be tense. Find a relaxed position (lying on the bed...) and take it out.

* You may notice some pressure in the belly area. It means that your muscles are tired.
