Materials and health
*Silicone is a hypoallergenic and non-porous material. It is free of phthalates and other toxins.
Cleaning
*We recommend cleaning it the first time and then always after use.
*To wash it, you can use a damp cloth or just water. If you're going to use soap (although it's not essential), make sure it's as mild as possible.
*Although they sell specific products for cleaning sex toys, we don't recommend using them. Water works wonders for cleaning silicone toys, and nothing else is needed.
*Do not let it accumulate dust
Battery and environment
*Remember to throw the packaging in the corresponding recycling
Instructions for use and frequently asked questions
What are Chinese balls?
They are silicone or elastomer balls with more or less rounded shapes that also contain metal balls inside. These balls vibrate when moved, causing the vaginal muscles to tense and exercise, thus strengthening the pelvic floor.
Instructions for use, pelvic muscle gymnastics
*Place yourself in a position similar to that used when inserting a menstrual cup (or, if you continue using tampons, as when you insert them) and always use lubricant.
*We insert the first one and move our hips slightly so the vagina can adapt. Then we insert the second one.
*Use them preferably while walking because the simple movement will make them vibrate.
*The first few days, start with a duration of 10 to 15 minutes. You can move around the house a bit and even do some Kegel exercises (sphincter contraction). Gradually increase the duration to 45 minutes to 1 hour. 1 or 2 times a week, 45 minutes to 1 hour maximum.
*Consistency in use is very important, just like going to the gym. It's no good just using them for four days and forgetting about them; start slowly, like a workout. The frequency should be consistent over time, increasing the weight and decreasing the size. Don't overdo it, either, as this can be counterproductive for your muscles.
Difficulties
If they fall
*If they fall off, it means your muscles are weakened, so you'll have to start with a lighter, higher-volume exercise or even passive exercise using gentle vibration.
*Let us know, and we'll recommend the steps best suited to your needs. Remember that healthcare professionals, such as your gynecologist or physical therapist, can perform a specific assessment of your pelvic floor.
I can't get them out
*When you pull them out, you may notice some resistance from the vagina, making them difficult to pull out. Don't worry; it means your muscles are working and remain tense. Find a relaxed position (lying down in bed, etc.) and pull them out.
*You may feel some pressure in your stomach. This means your muscles are tired.
